We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true physical appearance of the product.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. KiravelArt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. A tracking number will always be available.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade and hand drawn stickers, prints and other accessories, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion. If you contact us past the 7 day time period, we have the right to refuse your request.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content sold or displayed on KiravelArt are the intellectual property of KiravelArt and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any KiravelArt designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
